Pertama yg dilakukan ketika rasya kejang, dibuka seluruh celana dan bajunya. Langsung dipeluk skin to skin. Kemudian masukan stesolid ke duburnya.

Memang ga lsg hilang kejangnya..sempat beberapa saat matanya msh membelalak.
Tp kemudian matanya mulai bereaksi spt biasa kembali.

Stlh tenang, dipakaikan baju dan diberi parasetamol (krn panasnya msh tinggi) dan dikompres air hangat.

Member baru, punten langsung post baru ya, sekedar sharing mungkin ada yang bisa bantu. Saya suami 26 tahun nikah bulan April dan alhamdulillah sebulan kemudian istri sudah positif hamil, udah ngikutin juga semua test macem torch dan tokso alhamdulillah gak ada masalah. Tapi pada waktu kehamilan usia 8 minggu istri keguguran dan harus dikiret.  Analisa dokter pada waktu itu adalah kromosom yang kurang bagus (sedihnya).

Setelah itu rutin periksa ke dokter lagi dan test2 lagi dan dinyatakan gapapa buat hamil, hamil lah istri. *alah bahasanya*.

Semuanya berjalan lancar sampe USG ke 3, minggu ke 6 baby nya kecil banget, udah mulai ketar ketir aduh jangan sampai kejadin kedua kalinya, minggu ke delapan harusnya panjang baby nya sekitar 2cm (CMIIW), ini masih 0.4cm dan gue sangat ketar ketir sekali, apalagi istri.

Semua suplemen yang disarankan kita ambil semua deh (tapi tetep ngikutin anjuran dan konsul dokter). Kita juga udah cari dokter tandingan (alah dokter tandingan lagi, maksutnya kita cari second opinion) ngunjungin beberapa dokter, mungkin ada masalah sama kandungan istri atau bagaimana. Jawabannya semua sehat, kandungan istri juga gak masalah, dokter dokter terakhir curiga bahwa nutrisi atau asupan makanan gak masuk ke janin

Akhirnya minggu ke sembilan-sepuluh istri kiret lagi, karena memang sudah gak ada detak jantung dan bayi tidak berkembang. Hasil analisa yang terakhir disarankan untuk test darah dulu karena curigannya kekentalan darah yang cukup tinggi  sehingga nutrisi gak bisa diambil sama janin.

Mungkin tuhan belum ngasih kita berdua rejeki, tapi yang aga gue sesalin karena diawal kehamilan kedua kita sudah minta semua test yang dimungkinkan kita juga jadi sempet gondok. Kenapa gak test2 itu diminta diawal. (habit manusia ya, selalu nyoba cari salah orang).

Well sekarang gue dan istri sedang nyari2 info tentang kekentalan darah (ACA) dan kehamilan + nabung2 buat test nya. ACA atau Anticardiolipin Antibodies (kondisi kekentalan darah yang menyebabkan asupan gizi gak bisa masuk kebayi kalo ACA nya positif), mungkin dari temen2 ada yang bisa sharing.

1. Adjust front snaps to achieve the size needed.
2. Snap insert into diaper.
3. Put diaper on baby and go!
4. When baby needs a diaper change snap out soiled insert and snap clean one in.
5. Put diaper on baby and go AGAIN. The Best Bottom shell is wipe-able and can be used multiple times before washing but you may want to air dry between uses but it is not necessary.

We recommend getting as many shells as your baby poos in a 2-3 day time period (for newborns count how many explosions they have!!). We have found that poo does stay on the insert most of the time but in some cases it may not (but it will stay in the diaper cover avoiding an embarassing mess!) Three different size inserts in several different materials available. We don't believe in a one size insert. Newborns and toddlers are not the same size so in order for a one size insert to absorb enough for a toddler it will be HUGE on a newborn. Y ou may not need all three sizes of inserts and can skip the middle size - it is all up to you! We recommend approximately 24 inserts per size.

Fit:

Fits from birth to 35+ lbs. We added special leg gussets to help keep everything in, adjustable rise with four settings, and overlapping closure in both snap and hook & loop. This is a very trim fitting diaper so please be extra careful that none of the insert is sticking out of the shell. Also, after the diaper is on, pull the leg gussets out around baby's legs. This will guard against leaks and help avoid any red marks.

General wash & care:

Di forum ini saya lihat ada topik tentang keguguran, tapi gak ada yang secara spesifik soal pemulihan rahim pasca keguguran. Jadi boleh ya, saya tanya, bagaimana cara yang baik (dan mudah) dalam memulihkan rahim setelah keguguran (tepatnya setelah dikuret)?

Obgyn saya hanya meresepkan obat dan vitamin. Setelah kontrol seminggu setelah dikuret, dikasih vitamin lagi. Sebagian orang menyuruh saya untuk minum jamu pasca-bersalin (konon katanya keguguran itu 'sama' kayak abis melahirkan), tapi masalahnya saya gak suka minum jamu. Obgyn saya juga bilang kalo gak minum jamu pun gak apa-apa.

Terus obgyn bilang kalo saya udah boleh beraktivitas, tapi banyak juga yang bilang kalo abis keguguran belom boleh capek-capek amat selama 40 hari, terutama gak boleh ngangkat yang berat-berat.

aku dulu yang cerita yah..sejak umur 21 hari, Raihan ditinggal papanya sekolah ke Jerman..untungya paling tidak 6 bulan sekali kami ketemu, waktu papanya raihan pulang ke indo pertama kali (raihan umur 6 bulan) si raihan kebingungan ngeliat papanya..semaleman gak bisa tidur dia liatin aja mahluk asing yang ikutan bobo dikamar (soalnya biasanya cuma berdua mama aja hehehe)..makanya sejak itu biar raihan "kenal" papanya aku pajang foto2 ukuran paling gede dikamar (foto banner prewedding Hehhe) trus tiap hari bilang ke dia itu papa...

tapi yang bikin aneh (sedikit jeles) kata pertama yang raihan ucapkan adalah papa bukan mama hikss..hiks..hikss

banyak banget deh suka duukanya termasuk perasaan jeles (again) karena kalo chatting pasti yang ditanya duluan..gimana raihan hari ini?? hehehe

Buat yang bingung ttg vaginismus:

Kalau pengalamanku..
Rasanya vagina sangat mustahil untuk dimasuki benda apapun.. Sakit, nyeri, dan perihnya hebat banget, bahkan sampai nangis dan teriak sekenceng apapun tetep aja sakit. Waktu itu (maaf), saat mencoba intercourse, sungguh, rasanya vagina seperti robek atau tersayat, padahal foreplay dan kondisi vagina sudah terlubrikasi dengan baik. Meskipun otak dan hati sudah siap untuk berhubungan (tidak ada rasa takut, bahkan sudah ikhlas), sepertinya si vagina punya keinginan sendiri. Stress banget, kenapa otak dan badan nggak mau kerja sama.
Yang paling berat, ini sangat berpengaruh ke hubunganku dengan suami yang saat itu masih pengantin baru.
Saat browsing, aku baru tahu kalau kondisiku dinamakan vaginismus, yang bahkan banyak terjadi pada wanita, cuma ada yang sadar ada yang tidak.
Menurut website referensi tsb (lupa sumbernya) hubungan seks seharusnya bisa dinikmati oleh kedua belah pihak. Bahwa ML dan malam pertama (hilangnya keperawanan) pasti terasa sakit buat wanita adalah salah besar.
Aku kaget..  selama ini kok nggak pernah ada yang cerita/ share tentang ini.. seolah olah sakit saat malam pertama dianggap wajar, padahal  wanita juga berhak dipuaskan.
Untungnya ada step by step untuk self healing, dengan teknik dillating..
Aku mencoba mengikuti cara itu.. ternyata emang ada perkembangannya..  Berangsur angsur vaginaku mulai mau menerima "benda" lain ..
Dalam proses ini sebenernya kalau belum siap. kita tidak boleh melakukan ML, apalagi kalau "size" nya masih jauh dari tahap terakhir dillating.., tapi suamiku mengajak untuk mencoba (baca: minta jatah) siapa tahu kalau makin sering dipake, semakin biasa..
Yahhh.. akhirnya dicoba deh.. Alamakk.. sakitttt banget.. dan untuk menahan sakit itu, aku mengernyitkan alis sampai2 alisku ikutan sakit (cenut2 gitu).. Air mata dah ga kehitung berapa ember terbuang...
En baru beberapa kali mencoba itu ternyata.... malah membuat aku HAMIL! haduh Serasa hancurlah duniaku... (Iniilah awal penyebab stressku selama kehamilan yang aku share di  thread Jobless on Pregnancy..)
Perlahan tapi pasti, aku beberapa kali tetep "latihan" sama suami, meskipun hati, badan, dan harapanku remuk redam selama kehamilan..
Sekarang dah hampir memasuki 7 bulan kandunganku.. Alhamdulilah sih, sekarang sudah berkurang jauh sakitnya.. meskipun pada posisi tertentu, masih meringis2 menahan sakit...  Moga2 habis lahiran bisa lebih baik lagi deh "latihannya" hehe...
