Flea Market: Kitchen - May 2012

Dear Mamas & Papas,

This Flea Market thread is to serve as a portal where you can sell, give away, barter your items with other mamas & papas.  Cuz sometimes, one mama’s junk may be a treasure to others.  So before you post your items for sell/barter/give-away here, please read the rules carefully:

1. All items must be KITCHEN & APPLIANCES.

2. Only members with more than 10 posts are allowed to post in this Flea Market thread.

3. You may post unwanted items, items for barter, used items (in good working condition) for sale in this thread. There is a limit of 5 items per person.

4. Items you post in flea market, must be your own items.  No 'titipan' of your friends or relatives, as you must be the one who's responsible in the transaction.  Buyers, if you notice that the items you are buying or posted here are not being posted by the owners, please report to us using a report button.

5. Service and home-made food items (homemade cookies, food, etc.) are forbidden to be posted in thread.  If you do want to sell them, please email us how you can do it in Mama’s Mall.

6. The items sold in this thread is for non-profit selling only (no shops or online shops related.  If you do have online shops and want to sell your products/services in Mama’s Mall, please email shinta@theurbanmama.com)

7. The transactions between seller and buyer should be done outside of this thread, therefore sellers MUST post your contact information (email, twitter, or mobile no.)

8. This thread will be open for 1 month, and renewed every 1st of the month.  If you have items not sold yet, you must re-post it again on the new thread.

9. The Urban Mama is not responsible for any wrongdoings of the sellers and buyers in this thread.  We merely give a space for mamas & papas to sell the unused & old items here. 

10. If you prefer to have your own “shop” at Mama’s Mall, please contact us by emailing to shinta@theurbanmama.com

11. The Urban Mama has the right to delete/edit any posts in this thread if we find it unfitting to the rules and netiquettes of our website.

Tips before you are completing your selling/buying transaction:

• Ensure that you have known the seller/buyer to avoid any wrongdoings
  

• At least you have more than just contact number, try to get more information such as email address, YM even BB pin, if available
  

• We encourage that you only sell/buy the items from members who already have more than 10 posts, that way you know that the member is quite active in the forum
  

• If you have bad experience with a seller/buyer, The Urban Mama is not responsible for any loss.  However, you are welcome to report it to us via email to hello@theurbanmama.com so we can remove that member from the forum, to avoid any other occurences. 
  

• Please do your transaction carefully and diligently.
