Minimum Age: 7 years old


Description:

Full exciting activities with horses & friends: riding, grooming, tacking, feeding, photo shooting, crafts and more!
The camps are the best way for the kids (as well as adults) to learn more and gain confidence with horses! Even though the camps still offer a lot of fun time, the new program will provide a lot of educational experience for the campers to teach them to appreciate, love and care for horses.
Lessons can include balance and pole work, gymnastics, courses, work on lunge line and drill rides.

WHAT TO WEAR
Wear long pants, light color t-shirt, comfortable shoes (boots or sneakers)

WHAT TO BRING
Bring extra t-shirt, towel, shorts, socks, sunscreen, swimming suit, carrots (for horses), snacks and a bottle of water (the kids like it frozen). Please put camper’s names on all items.
Optional – money for soda, snacks and ice cream

WHAT TO EXPECT
Lunch
Two riding lessons
Stable management training
Preparing horse for riding, grooming, tacking, bandaging
Learning about feeding and horse care
